What you earn, and what the software takes
Move the two sliders. The table underneath is what each platform costs at that client count — the number that stops being a rounding error somewhere around your twentieth client.
Your revenue
₹1,00,000a month
₹12,00,000 a year, before the software takes its cut.
| Platform | Costs you | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Traiv | ₹999 | ₹99,001 |
| Coachway€69 plus €9 a client | ₹22,908 | ₹77,092 |
| TrueCoach5% of your revenue, plus its subscription | ₹5,000+ | ₹95,000 |
The euro figure is converted at ₹92 and is indicative — your card rate will differ. Coachway's arithmetic was read off their pricing page on 2026-10-08. The TrueCoach row is the revenue share only; their subscription is on top of it, and is not shown because we have not re-read their current tiers.
The part per-client pricing hides
Per-client pricing is comfortable at the start. Five clients on a €69 plan is fine. The problem is that it charges you precisely when you are growing, and growing is the only time a coach has no spare attention for a billing page.
Signing ten more clients should feel like a good month. On a per-client plan it is also a bill going up, which is the one moment software should be invisible.
Ours is ₹999 at every point on that slider. That is not generosity — it is the simplest promise we can make that a coach can check in ten seconds.
